Question: Are your estimates and quotes free?

Answer: Yes, we offer a free, no obligation consultation and are happy to put our findings in writing to you immediately.

Question: What areas do you operate in? What are your hours?

Answer: We are based in London. Our working hours are subject to the client’s needs but weekends can be incorporated in to our working hours if the client requests them.

Question: Do you provide guarantees with your plumbing, electrical & buildings works?

Answer: Yes, we offer full guarantees on all works undertaken for a twelve month period from completion.

Question: Are all contractors insured and qualified to do the works?

Answer: We offer full pubic liability insurance, and all our contractors also offer the same. Our contractors are fully certified in their trades.

Question: What if I am not happy with the completed work?

Answer: We take great pride in all our work and have built a successful reputation over the years for completing over two hundred projects successfully, complying with all rules and regulations. Our payment schedules offer retentions which are only paid by the client once the job is to satisfaction.

Question: What are the legal requirements when building an extension to my home? And how much approximately should I budget for this?

Answer:  This is very hard to accurately estimate this without a full consultation as each project is unique. There are a number of factors to take into consideration; first and foremost, there could be planning implications, which will require the client to liaise with the local council. There could be issues regarding adjoining properties, and we can help appoint an appropriate surveyor; this will protect you from any structural defects that may occur with neighbouring properties. Finally, there is the consideration of design, and again, we can help point you in the right direction of suitable, experienced architects.

Question: If I wanted to book Denon Construction, how quickly can you start and how will I know the project will be completed in a timely fashion?

Answer: Denon Construction’s priority is customer satisfaction; we will ensure that you are fully aware of the realistic time scales and the start date is at your convenience. We will be in regular contact at every step of the way, advising you of progress and updates. Our contractors work efficiently and always deliver beyond expectation.

Question: Do I need to secure my booking with a deposit?

Answer: Dependent on the type of project, a deposit of approximately 25% will be required upfront. We will then work out a payment schedule that fits you requirements.
